Love One Another

A popular game that is played with young people is called ‘Telephone’. This is where one student whispers a sentence to the person next to them and they whisper it to the person next to them etc. until it gets back to the person who said it in the first place.

So often the original message gets changed along the way, because we are whispering and not saying it loud and proud. When we know something to be true as amazing as having a God who LOVES us, we shouldn’t be keeping it a secret and whispering it. We need to be a loud voice and a light in the darkness.  Matthew 15:14,16 says …

“You are the light of the world- like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden…. let your good deeds shine out for all to seem so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father.” NLT

Jesus showed us love and we need to show that love to others. We need to be bright and bold and show Jesus’ love wherever we go so that we are a light for those that don’t know Him.
