There is only one thing worth being concerned about. Luke 10:42

Doing things is important isn’t it? Especially in our society where being successful, being busy, being productive is seen as vital. Outcomes, and end products, and quantifiable results are what our Western world in particular is focussed on.

In our busy, complex, all-demanding world these days how often don.t we find ourselves too busy to listen to God, to take time to read his word and meditate on it?

Perhaps let me put it another way. How often, when you do take the time to listen to God, to read his word and meditate on it, do you actually discover peace and calm? It’s true isn’t it. You get a new perspective on life and a feeling of God’s presence.

This is a wonderful gift God has given us. I encourage you to use it often.
